Grade 6 Students went snowshoeing at the Assiniboine Forrest as part of their Outdoor Education Enrichment class. They definitely appreciated the fresh, fluffy snow.

The Lighthouse Mission has been serving our community since 1911, powered by volunteers who provide over 1,000 cups of coffee and 11,000 meals each month. We are honoured to support them this holiday season!
Join us at the Christmas Market on Dec 7—admission is by monetary or food donation in support of Lighthouse Mission. Let's spread light and give back!

Lighthouse Mission’s greatest needs are:
Bulk non-perishable soup ingredients:
Canned vegetables
Broth or stock (chicken, beef, vegetable)
Lentils, beans, and pulses
Canned meats (chicken, tuna)
Pasta and rice
Disposable bowls, spoons, and napkins
Large soup pots and ladles
Spices and seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.
Bread, rolls, and butter or margarine
Hot beverages: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and required accompaniments (sugar, creamer)
Fresh produce for salad and side dishes
