Winnipeg Mennonite School Strategic Survey 2024

WMS is engaged in a multi-year strategic planning process to provide direction and support to WMS.

The WMS Board has completed a review of its 2018-2023 strategic plan and affirmed the WMS Constitution, Mission, Vision and Faith Statements. As we start developing a new strategic plan in 2024-2025, the next step of the strategic planning process is Stakeholder Engagement and Data Collection. Your opinion as a member of the WMS community is important to us.

The Pillars at the core of WMS strategic planning are:

  1. Mennonite Anabaptist Christian Education: Peace, Discipleship, Stewardship

  2. Premier Education resulting in Academic Excellence and School Success

This survey covers three major areas of focus: 1) Supporting our Students, Staff and Families, 2) Growing Our Enrolment and Community, 3) Investing in Our School.

There are 22 short questions in all. Please allow 15-20 minutes. All survey responses are anonymous. Survey results will only be shared in aggregate.

The survey can be completed on a computer or phone. The survey is open until December 15, 2024.

Out of respect for the Indigenous people of Manitoba, we the students, staff, and families of WMS recognize that our school is located in Treaty One territory, on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Ininew and Dakota peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis nation. We are learning about the Treaties that were made on this territory, and about the wrongs that were done to Indigenous people in the past, and that continue today. We are committed to be a community of reconciliation and peace.
